ATC 3G
Artificial Grass Cleaning Machine
The ATC machine is a three
in one 3g artificial grass cleaning, aerating & brushing machine.
Constructed of powder coated aluminium, stainless steel and
polycarbonate, it is built to last.
The
surface cleaner agitates the infill material and debris
into the sieves where the rubber granules fall
through leaving the debris trapped, to be disposed of
later.
A set
of 60 x 3mm tines are arranged to aerate the top 10-15mm
of the surface infill material to keep it soft. These
are infinitely adjustable, but as a precaution if the
seams are failing or the artificial grass is damaged
then it is advisable that they are lifted out of work.
A
simple agitator keeps the sieve free running
A set of specially
designed brushes brush the finished surface level. Again
these are infinitely adjustable in height.

The ATC At Work
Seen here at
work on a 3g pitch which has been filled with black rubber
crumb, it will collect stones, broken fibre, paper, bottle tops,
studs etc. etc.
