	Weekly Cleaning An essential part of any synthetic grass maintenance schedule.
	Monthly As part of the routine a monthly sand top up and brushing is essential
	Shallow Brushing A quarterly shallow brush with a Hoerger SKU machine to remove surface debris not removed with weekly or monthly brushing
	Deep Clean Service This infill re-cycling needs to be undertaken once or twice yearly as part of a regular maintenance schedule.
	Refurbishing When the infill is too badly contaminated with debris and drainage begins to fail, this process will help restore the original qualities of the playing surface.
	Deep Cleaning Water Based Pitches Water based pitches are no different and will suffer from a variety of contamination, such as moss, algae, leaf litter, etc etc,
	Deep Cleaning Athletics Tracks & Polymeric Surfaces Synthetic running tracks will suffer much the same as any other outdoor surface, becoming slippery
	Seam Repairs Seam repairs can be carried out in house or as part of a service by Sweepfast, but must be completed as soon as the problem is revealed.
	Hard Surface Cleaning Moss and algae grow even on asphalt surfaces and make play dangerous, deep cleaning can help remove it and restore grip.
	Hard Court Painting After deep cleaning has taken place the court can if needed be treated with a binder and re-painted.
