Orders received for stock items before 11am dispatched the same day, either by 24hr courier service or 48 hour pallet service. Highlands, Islands and remote locations will take longer.
It is OK to change your mind! If you wish to cancel your order, then please telephone us as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a refund of your payment, minus a 10% administration fee. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it to us, using a secure service such as Special Delivery or courier. When we receive it, we will refund your payment, minus our postage costs and a 10% administration fee
If products are faulty or damaged we will offer a replacement or refund. Please return the product with it's original packaging stating the reason for return. We will also refund postage costs. If you have tried the product and are unhappy with the results, then please contact us via email to ensure that you are using the correct and appropriate product for your skin's needs. It is also imperative that you follow the directions given. Some of the products we sell may have temporary side-effects for some people and these are usually resolved after a few weeks of use. We offer advice by e-mail if you need help choosing the right products before you buy. We will not refund or replace products that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons. If you have a reaction to a product, then please tell us and we will inform the manufacturer of the product so that they can update their adverse incidents of the product. We will not however refund against such a product that you have shown sensitivity to.
Sweepfast offer a 12 month parts/return to base warranty on all machines. This can be either:
Parts Only - If a part fails, send the part back to us. We will then examine it and send a replacement if the warranty is applicable You will be responsible for fitting the new part.
Return to Base (RTB) - If your machine fails, you return it to us and we will either repair it or replace it and send it back to you. The arrangement and cost of the return carriage is your responsibility. Sweepfast Ltd will only assume responsibility for the goods when we have signed for the delivery of goods from your courier. Please ensure that the goods are insured to the correct value in case of damage or loss. Sweepfast Ltd will pay for the cost of returning the machine to you, after repair/replacement (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge to cover the extra cost of carriage, please check before returning goods).
Neither Sweepfast Ltd. nor the manufacturer can be held liable for fair wear and tear or misuse of the goods. In all circumstances, Sweepfast Ltd will only be liable for the cost of parts. If the machine is found to be functioning correctly, you will be charged for the return carriage and labour for testing. Consequential loss will not be paid.
If your machine is outside the warranty period, we will still repair it, but there will be a charge for parts, labour and carriage, please contact us for details
All machines must have been serviced at the recommended intervals and service records kept, stating hours, date and service work undertaken, to prove this.
Batteries, recoil start cords, hoses, belts, wheels, tyres, seals, valves, bearings, couplings, nozzles, where applicable are not covered under any warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the machine from Sweepfast Ltd, An original invoice may be requested and must be produced before any work is carried out on any product. Consequential loss is not covered.

If the customer is using a courier for the return, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ALL the petrol is drained from the fuel tank and the carburettor and the ALL the oil is drained from the engine. The machine MUST be insured to its purchase value. Sweepfast will only accept responsibility for the machine when we have signed for the machine un-damaged at our premises
Terms and conditions for Artifical pitch and court refurbishment / deep cleaning operations
Sweepfast ltd offer warranties covering the standard of our procedures for the work that we carry out on synthetic sports surfaces. To qualify for this surfaces must be treated in strict accordance with our guidelines as laid out in the contract for works. The following are excluded from any guarantee.
Freezing of the pitch during winter months after salt application, any damage caused to the surface when clearing snow, due to the base not being level.
Moss regrowth after chemical treatment
Drainage failures due to algal growth in the surface and infill, flooding or other issues outside our control.
Acceptance of any quotation for works on Synthetic sports surfaces implies acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
